Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and LGSE Ltd., the operator of EQDash. They govern your access to and use of EQDash. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use EQDash.

You must be legally capable of entering this agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

EQDash provides tools and information for general informational purposes only. Nothing in EQDash is investment, financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell a security. Market information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. You are solely responsible for investment decisions and should consult qualified advisers where appropriate.

You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant EQDash a limited right to host, process, reproduce, and display that information as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to provide it.

You may not misuse the service, violate law or third-party rights, interfere with security or availability, gain unauthorized access, scrape or redistribute market data contrary to provider restrictions, reverse engineer protected portions of the service, or use EQDash to harm others.

Paid features are billed through our payment provider at the price and interval shown at purchase. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. You authorize applicable recurring charges and taxes. Cancellation takes effect as described during the cancellation flow; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

EQDash relies on third-party services and data providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms and may change or become unavailable. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict or terminate access for a breach of these Terms, legal or security risk, or misuse. You may stop using EQDash at any time. Provisions intended by their nature to survive termination will remain in effect.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EQDash is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EQDash and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits or data, trading losses, or losses caused by reliance on market information. Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid EQDash in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and provide notice of material changes. Where appropriate, we will ask you to accept revised Terms before continued use.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes relating to these Terms or EQDash will be resolved exclusively by the courts located in Alberta, Canada.
